Our Rental Service

  • Manage your property on booking channels -  synchronise your bookings and rates on all channels including your direct bookings, optimize your revenues through managing your rates according to your occupancy and the competition, organise all details of every booking, plan your booking calender. 

  • Guest correspondence - we liaise via e-mail, facebook or telephone with potential or confirmed guests for all their requirements.

  • Airport pick up - we arrange a pick up from Kalamata airport on request.

  • Welcoming guests - we prepare the property for the guests arrival, welcome and introduce them to the house as well handle all the necessary paperwork including a possible property handover list. 

  • Guest relation - we accompany the guests stay by being available for recommendations, bookings and concerns.

  • Maintenance - small maintenance requests during rentals are taken care off immediately. 

  • Farewell and handover - we farewell guests, return the handover list and check the property for damages and missing items. 

  • 24 hours Emergency contact - we are available any time, day and night, for your guests, in case of emergencies and will do our outmost to help them in any situation that might occur.
